1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase the one-time thornberry license (US $199), you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date, for any reason. We honor this guarantee as written.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email legal@thornberry.ai from the email address associated with your purchase, within the 14-day window. Include your order confirmation or the email used at checkout. No justification is required.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

3.1 Approved refunds are returned to your original Stripe payment method.

3.2 Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days, depending on Stripe and your card issuer.

3.3 On refund, your license terminates immediately; you must stop using and uninstall the Application, and your Invite Code/seat may be released.

4. What “Purchase Date” Means

The 14-day window runs from the date your payment is successfully completed through Stripe, as shown on your receipt.

5. After the 14-Day Window

Because the license is a one-time purchase that includes future updates, purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first at legal@thornberry.ai so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Beta Access Is Paid

Beta access is not free; it requires the one-time US $199 license. The 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to that purchase whether or not you are a beta participant.
